60 Calorie Pumpkin Snickerdoodles!
I’m a pumpkin addict so when this time of year rolls around I can’t help but make an overload of pumpkin treats. With all the cinnamon & sugar in snickerdoodles I thought pumpkin would be a perfect match and it worked! I threw about 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice into the batter before rolling it in the cinnamon sugar too. :)
